I love the combination of his...Oh I love that idea. I love the combination of history with fantasy. There is an older, less known series by Orson Scott Card that is AMAZING because he combines his fantasy elements with history. The first book is called "Seventh Son." There are 6 books in the series and they are AMAZING-very different from anything else I have read.
