The "Yeah Right But Hopefully" Holiday Reading Goal!

I have a little over five weeks to read as many books as I can in this stack. And two of them I've already finished - yay!

Books include
Heart's Blood - Finished
Matched
The Cinderella Society
Tempestuous
- Finished
The Knife of Never Letting Go
Jellicoe Road
Darkness Becomes Her
Scrambled Eggs at Midnight
Redwall
- Currently Reading
The Long Patrol

So that's 10 in all, with 2 already finished and 1 in progress. What are your holiday goals?

11 shout-outs!:

Great list! What did you think of Heart's Blood? I have Seer of Sevenwaters at home but haven't had time to read it yet. I have two ARCs that I received this week that I have to read by the 27th and after that I am also reading North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell. I definitely want to finish that one this year because I'm reading it for a reading challenge.

I loved Matched and I hope you like it too. I've been wanting to read the Chaos Walking books. I keep hearing good things about them.

I see you have On The Jellicoe Road in your stack. That is my favourite. My goal is to finish all my review books which is 5 books, so I can start the year off fresh :)

Haha! I know exactly what you mean! The second finals were over, I started a crazy reading frenzy! I don't really have a "goal," so to speak, but I want to get as much read as possible. So far, I'm on my third book since last Thursday, so I think I'm doing pretty decent!

The Chaos Walking triology and Jellicoe Road are all AMAZING. You will not be disappointed! And I love seeing old favs like Redwall on your list!! Happy reading :)

Congrats on having completed two already. My list is small because I do not really have many days off (just a few and they are filled with travelling and visiting family) then back to work. Good luck with your pile... you have some great books there! :)

Haha, I have such a huge list that I'm 100% sure I won't finish. xD Then again, I'm being overambitious with over 25 books (all from requested authors that I feel bad for having to put off due to my finals last week!). Realistically, I'd like to do at least 15. Anyway, Jellicoe Road is definitely on my list, as well! :)

I'll be looking forward to your reviews of Redwall! I want to start the series (I read about it when I was a kid and always wanted to get my hands on them!) a lot. :D Good luck on your list! :D

You're going to read "The Knife of Never Letting Go".
You should read it ASAP, its one of my favorite books ever. However, "The Ask and The Answer" is even better, and "Monsters of Men" better still.
I cant wait to hear what you think :)

Good luck with the list :)
