In My Mailbox [18]

Not too shabby!
I received, for review from Little Brown:

The Witches Kitchen - Allen Williams
Dark Song - Gail Giles
(headed your way, Natalie!)

And I bought
Hunger (Gone, #2) - Michael Grant
This week...I am totally perplexed as to what to read next. Just finished Hunger (in 2 days - booyah, nearly-600-page-books!) and here are the books on my shelf shouting "Me next! Me next!"
Some of them, like The Maze Runner and Beautiful Creatures, I want to wait till October to read, because of their sequels... Impossible...I want to read, but it just seems so dramatically depressing! Any suggestions?

14 shout-outs!:

I'm torn between Need, Darklight and Black Cat. Hmmm.

Great books this week, I haven't heard of Dark Song before but I really want to read it now, the Witches Kitchen sounds interesting too I love a good fantasy.

Your shelf looks just like mine, I have so many books to read and the pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Impossible was a good read, not depressing at all. I also liked Life As We Knew It an awful lot. I read all three of those books back to back.

I'm with Melissa -Impossible is a great quick read and not really depressing! If I had to pick one it would be Need. Plus it's sequal, Captivate, it already out =) I thought it was interesting! Dark Song? I haven't heard of it, but the cover is beautiful! Good luck deciding!

Oh, and I'll be looking into dark song. =)
